Overview

The Communication in Organizations program at EIU gives working adults and returning students a flexible, fully online path to completing their bachelor's degree that doesn’t require you to relocate or step away from your career. Built around the fundamentals of interpersonal and organizational communication, this program prepares graduates to lead teams, build relationships, manage conflict, and communicate strategically in the diverse, team-based workplaces that define today's professional environment. This by developing the skills necessary to be successful in the modern workplace. Proficient communicators are among the most valued professionals in contemporary organizations, and this program is designed specifically to help students enhance their marketability by developing those capacities through a curriculum that integrates theory and practice.
