ITS Planned Networking Maintenance Windows over Thanksgiving Break
During the Thanksgiving Break, ITS will be conducting network maintenance in two scheduled windows:
- On Saturday, November 22, from 5 to 7 p.m., all network traffic to campus may be unavailable.
- This includes all internet access if you are on campus.
- If you are off-campus, access to any EIU-hosted services (such as eiu.edu, PAWS, and Banner) will be unavailable.
- On Monday, November 24, starting at 8 a.m., Wi-Fi service may be intermittent. This maintenance is expected to be completed by 2 p.m. on the same day.
