EIU's Doudna Fine Arts Center presents two free must-see concerts this week, featuring faculty, students, and alumni!
Zhang and Kim Faculty Recital
Monday, March 9 at 7:30 p.m. in the Recital Hall
Free for any and all audiences!
Drs. Ji Myung Kim and Shichao Zhang present one of Mozart’s late Viennese sonatas for violin and piano, K. 454, Tchaikovsky’s Souvenir d’un lieu cher, Gershwin’s Three Preludes transcribed for violin and piano by Heifetz, and the rhapsodic showpiece, Tzigane, by Ravel.

Join EIU's Jazz Lab Band as they feature Kyle Huddleston (MA ‘23) on tenor saxophone. The program includes big band arrangements of movie themes along with music popularized by the Count Basie Orchestra.
