2026 Summer Office Hours

Per IGP#19, campus-wide summer office hours will be in effect from Monday May 11, 2026 through Friday August 14, 2026. When summer office hours are in effect, all offices must be open Mondays through Thursdays between 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. and on Fridays from 8:00 a.m. until noon. All administrative offices (and others where possible) will remain open during the lunch hour, Monday through Thursday.

Holidays will be observed on Monday May 25 for Memorial Day, Friday June 19 for Juneteenth/National Freedom Day, and Friday July 3 for Independence Day (Observed). For the holiday weeks, employees will need to work with their supervisors to make up time for a 37.5 hour workweek.

Each office is to change voicemail, signs and other public communication to reflect its summer hours. Regular business hours will resume on Monday August 17, 2026. Questions may be directed to the Human Resources office.
