Trouble logging into OmniUpdate?
A recent update from the vendor has temporarily affected how EIU users log into OmniUpdate. A fix is in progress, but in the meantime, you can access your pages with this workaround:
- Click “Login to OmniUpdate” as usual
- Once the page loads, look at the web address (URL) in your browser
- Find the number “10” in the URL
- Change it to “11”
- Press Enter on your keyboard
Example:
- Your URL will show: ...omniupdate.com/10/...
- Change it to: ...omniupdate.com/11/...
