Student Success & Engagement Award
If you don't meet GPA requirements for Merit Scholarships, but showcase leadership and involvement, you can receive $1,000 annually.
Students who do not meet the GPA requirements for the Automatic Merit Scholarships but showcase leadership and involvement and meet AIM HIGH Grant requirements can receive $1,000 annually through the Success and Engagement Award. To apply, fill out the "Activities, Involvement, and Jobs" section in your MyEIU profile. We'll review your file and see if you qualify for the scholarship!
Renewal Criteria:
- Be enrolled full-time (12+ hours)
- Meet AIM HIGH Grant requirements
- Maintain Satisfactory Academic Progress
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5
- Submit narrative describing continued involvement within EIU鈥檚 campus community
