In a mad dash at the end of the semester, Christina and her team managed to secure textbooks for our students who are studying abroad in Italy this summer, saving them some Euros that they can put towards buying more gelato! Grazie Mille Christina!!!

Jude displayed much expertise and professionalism to a recent campus visitor and provided a wonderful experience for them! He represented EIU and ITS very well!

Students have a tendency to wait until the last minute to finish big projects and I had a bunch of them in a computer lab this week trying to wrap up some stuff they probably should have done a few weeks ago! Having computer issues during crunch time was stressful for everyone, but Austin came over right away and got us up and running. He stayed to make sure the students were able to get their work done and it may have saved a few of their grades! Thanks Austin!!!

David, thank you for all of your support during Research Day, especially with the livestream. You and Chris are always going out of your way to support others. You both have stepped in to save the day (or the AV equipment). Thank you for sharing your expertise and always being willing to help!

Nate helped us out with a Student Teaching Application issue that would have been a significant problem if left unresolved--and did it in minutes!!!

Shoutout to Ke’an for her outstanding leadership in advancing our donor engagement efforts! Her vision and dedication brought to life our very first donor-centered EIU at Your Door program. An exciting milestone that strengthens how we connect with and celebrate our supporters. Thanks to her thoughtful approach and execution, we’re building more meaningful, personal relationships with our donors in ways that truly reflect the spirit of EIU.

Huge thank you to Karla for coming to the rescue with a couple of special diet meals, even when finding out they were needed five minutes before dinner! Her care and cooperation, per usual, were top notch!

Ben is an amazing advisor for many of our international students on campus. He has been working the last few weeks to make Holi special and it paid off, even with the weather. Our team wouldn’t be the same without Ben!

Jessica is so knowledgable about everything to do with administration and record-keeping, and she's always willing to share her wisdom with those of us who are learning. No matter how many times I ask the same kind of question, she answers patiently and with a smile. I'm so grateful to have her as a colleague!

Brad, is a key player in achieving team goals through consistent, high-quality work while projecting a upbeat attitude. Very appreciated while team are off. Thank you.

Debbie continuously goes out of her way to help out and get mail to correct locations. A package was miss labeled and delivered. She researched and solved where it belongs.

As always, you came through for the me (and the Graduate School) with what I thought would be an impossible ask. Your hard work, and ability never cease to amaze me. Next year is the year we submit our print requests with several days to spare, I swear! :-)
