With one-on-one training, clients will work directly with their trainer, who will create and administer a fitness program individually tailored to the needs and wants of the client. Sessions can be purchased individually or as packages from the lists down below. Sessions are broken down into 30 and 60 minutes and differ in pricing for students compared to members (faculty, staff, etc). Packages can be purchased at the equipment desk after the initial consultation with the trainer.

Along with one-on-one training, we also offer partner training for those who would like to workout with a friend. This can help keep you motivated, stay consistent, and create a fun environment. Each person commits to the same time and workout during these sessions, and only two people will be trained by the trainer were we can create an effective program to suit both of their goals and objectives. Sessions must be purchased by each person looking to do partner training, and each session lasts 60 minutes.
