After Commencement

Cap and Gown (Regalia) Return

Your rented cap and gown will need to be returned after your ceremony. Please take your cap and gown to Lantz Fieldhouse where representatives from Herff Jones will collect your cap and gown. The tassel included with your regalia is yours to keep.

Diploma

Diplomas are issued and mailed by the Registrar's Office eight to twelve weeks after commencement. Questions regarding diplomas should be addressed to the Registrar's Office at 217-581-3511.

Name/Address Changes

Please submit changes in personal information using the Alumni Update Form or mail to: EIU Alumni Services, 600 Lincoln Ave., Charleston, IL 61920
